Membership Plans
Yacht Club:
Legacy Yacht Club is the ultimate boating experience combining
the yachting dream with the diversity of the full Legacy fleet.
Membership in the Yacht Club includes use of the entire Legacy fleet.
From spacious 42' Yachts, to cabin cruisers, to the fishing fleet,
to sport boats, members of Legacy Yacht Club enjoy all that boating
offers on the Emerald Coast.
Cruiser Club:
The Cruiser Club is designed for Members who enjoy overnight cruises
but prefer not to operate yacht class vessels. Equipped with AC,
generator, full galley, v-birth and aft cabin, the cruisers are
ideal for overnight trips down the Intra-coastal waterway or day
trips to the islands. Membership includes unlimited use of the cabin
cruisers plus unlimited use of all of the Boat Club fleet.
Boat Club:
The Boat Club includes unlimited use of all the most popular boats
in the fleet including: Twin engine center consoles for offshore
fishing, single engine center consoles for near-shore fishing, bay
boats for fishing the flats, large bowriders with heads for a day
with friends and family, sport boats for tubing and waterskiing
fun and speed.

new "Value Memberships"
Our “Value Memberships” are similar to the type
of memberships many are familiar with from quality Golf
Clubs:

Join Legacy with a one time, Lifetime
Initiation Fee and remain current with the payment of
Club Dues. Member has a Lifetime Membership to the Club.

Members enjoy unlimited use of the fleet
– Once in the Club your only additional cost is fuel
and a tip for the dockhands.

If you find you need or want to exit the
Club, at any point after the 60 month Hold Period, you
may elect to present your membership for “Reissue”
through Legacy. You will receive 80% of the then current
Initiation Fee when you supply a suitable prospect or
40% of the then current Initiation Fee when Legacy supplies
the prospect.

Each location has a Membership Cap of
approximately 130 “Boat Club” Members (the Membership
Cap varies by location depending on available dock space)

Once a location is sold out, your Value
Membership will go up in value substantially because the
only way to join Legacy at that time will be to purchase
an existing Member’s Membership.
Boat Club:
Lifetime Initiation Fee: $12,900.
Pay $6450 upon joining and
$6450 in April 2009
Club Dues: $375 a month (Save 5% by paying annually, Save
10% by paying 5 years in advance)
Cruiser Club:
Lifetime Initiation Fee: $18,900.
Pay $9450 upon joining and
$9450 in April 2009
Club Dues: $565 a month (Save 5% by paying annually, Save
10% by paying 5 years in advance)
Yacht Club:

Five Year Cash Back Projection:
Rarely in boating is there ever a chance to get back your
initial cost, even rarer a positive return. New boats loose
value very quickly in salt water and used boats loose value
plus come with significant maintenance challenges. However,
at Legacy for those who join during Phase 1 of our new Value
Membership plan (Fall 2008) it is likely that you will get
back all of your Initiation Fee and in addition potentially
have a positive return on it if you ever wanted to exit
the Club. (Obviously we prefer for you to boat with us for
many years to come but situations change and cause Members
to decide to exit the Club.)

Boat Purchase Plans
Members of the Boat Club and Cruiser Club may apply 70%
of their Initiation Fee toward the purchase of a boat from
Legendary Marine anytime in their first year. This plan
works well for anybody who is considering buying a boat
but wants to try out the most popular styles of boats first
to make a more informed decision.
